Gas CP/ SCO Site Supervisor (Gas/ Utilities)
The Company
National Contractor that deals with Infrastructure works within Utilities,and Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring team compliance of Company/Legislative Health , Safety and Environmental policies
* Completing all works to the required Company, Client and local authorities standards
* Compliance with road opening licenses
* Ensuring team compliance with road works Signing , lighting and guarding
* The ordering of all required materials
* The Excavation and Reinstatement of the public highway for the laying of communication ducting , Construction of Under chambers and the erection of Communication street side cabinets
* The clearance of Sites
* Your team's daily work site progress
* The timely updating of electronic job packs
* Good upkeep of issued vehicle plant/equipment
* Liaising with affected third parties
Requirements:
SCO 1, 2, 4 and 5
* 3+ Years industry experience within Utilities a major advantage working on low & medium pressure Gas Projects.
* Ability to communicate effectively and command respect
* Computer literate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
* Reliable, flexible to travel as necessary
* Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
* Exposure to Power industry a distinct advantage
* Commercially focused professional with the ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent communicator and able to liaise with all levels of the organization as well as the client
* Full, clean driving license
