Your primary responsibility as a Game Producer working on the Publishing arm of this well known studio will be to manage production across multiple projects with external partners. You will guide and support development partners in creating and maintaining project schedules while ensuring the best game quality. Your role involves communicating project status and risks to publishing management and the wider team, reviewing milestone deliverables, and coordinating publishing support requirements such as localisation, porting, QA, ratings, and release management. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of materials to platform holders and foster strong relationships between development teams, outsource partners, and the in-house publishing team. To excel in this role, you should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, a passion for various game genres, knowledge of industry-standard production practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in production, having shipped titles on PC and/or console.

Demonstrated success in a production role, with a track record of delivering titles on PC and/or console platforms
