Fulfilment Supervisor – Ugborough upto £30,000

We are recruiting for a Fulfilment Supervisor for our client based near Ivybridge.
This is your chance to join asmall team and progress your career within their award-winning growing company. Reporting to the Production Director and working with the commercial and production team you will be responsible for all elements of their facilities.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
This role is about communicating well and requires people skills, attention to detail, numeracy and demonstrable leadership skills. In particular you should have:

Key responsibilities:
Manage the High Risk team to keep them motivated ensuring the best outcomes for staff and customers. Work with the Production Director to ensure that staffing in the area is adequate, always planning ahead. Plan and approve staff training, holidays etc.
Make sure that batch numbers, shelf life, packaging specification and product format are correct. Maintain records of stock so that it can be ordered in a timely way.
Liaise with the Commercial and Customer Co-Ordinator to oversee the dispatch area to ensure that product type and format are correctly collated before they are dispatched.
Maintain & monitor levels of finished stock so that we maintain supply and do not stock out.
