Front of House Administrator – Lincoln – Full time – Permanent
Home from Home Care are a family led company providing specialist Residential Care for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. Due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Front of House Administrator to support our head office on Doddington Road, Lincoln.
Working at The Social Care Exchange, you will be part of a team who supports the day to day functions of a busy Front of House Reception team. This is a Permanent position, 40 hours per week. Flexibly is needed to work between the hours of 7am – 8pm.
We offer free onsite parking and first class, modern office facilities.

Front of House Reception cover

Answering telephone

Events/Catering arrangement
Skills and Experience:
A driven, friendly, presentable and enthusiastic person
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Positive attitude, strong initiative and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Strong work ethic and intuitive administrative skills
The Person:
The successful candidate will be somebody who can facilitate all the required elements of effectively and efficiently running the Front of House at the head office and for the other homes/service. Having a full driving license and own vehicle is essential. We need a professional, motivated team player that works within our 'ONE TEAM' approach. Having a full driving license and own vehicle is essential to be considered for this position.
