Main duties:
To carry out the company’s research procedure in order to maximise revenue in the international market.
The Role:
– To carry out the company’s market research procedure to identify trends
– To identify business opportunities and make first contact
– To gather and interpret data to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
– To provide excellent customer service via email and live chat.
– To work within a team to improve the Market Research procedure and maximise efficiency.
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French and Italian – Essential
– Strong Excel skills -Essential
– Ability to compile and analyse data sets
– Marketing experience – Desirable
– Good problem solving ability
– Able to work individually as well as in a team
– Excellent customer service skills
The Salary: £24,000 p.a.
