My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer to work across Zones 1 & 2 as Foot mobile engineer.
As a Foot Mobile Engineer you will be required to complete PPMs and reactive maintenance on commercial and retail facilities to electrical and HVAC plant.
This Foot Mobile Engineer Oppotunity is offering:
Permanent full time position, Mon-Fri standard 40 hours
Travel Card provided
Description:
The foot mobile engineer will be required to:
Complete PPM and reactive maintenance to HVAC systems such a splits, chillers and AHU’s (depending on qualification)
Provide general building services upkeep services
Liaison with end user on each site
Provide small works, repair and remedial engineering services
Electrician duties
The ideal requirements for this Foot mobile Engineer role are:
Experience of building services and HVAC / mechanical & Electrical maintenance
Previous experience in multi role building services and high level commercial contracts, PPM & reactive maintenance, repair and refurb
Attitude is important to MUST be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to succeed
