BLW Recruitment are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our client’s team at one of the prestigious College’s in Cambridge on a temporary to permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the food and beverage operations, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, managing a team of talented professionals and driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities as a Food & Beverage Manager:
* Oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations within the College, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the dining experience.
* Manage and mentor a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food hygiene standards.
* Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Food and Beverage management role within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence.
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are desirable.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
