We're looking for an experienced food and beverage manager to assist our client in their very busy catering facility. Previous experience of food and beverage management is necessary to work in this high volume fast paced position. It is a position of responsibility where you take the leading role overseeing supervisors and leading the team of bar and waiting staff. We are looking for someone who is available for immediate start and hoping to secure full time hours and is available on an ongoing temporary contract.
You will have ideally worked as food and beverage manager in the hospitality industry for minimum 2-3 years, you will have progressed to a supervisory level and will require experience in a position of responsibility (management level in other departments). This is a customer facing position, you will be required to assist customers with all aspects of front of house service and will also be able to offer support to senior management. You should be an organised and have the ability to coordinate staff where required, working respectfully and leading the team. You should also be comfortable and confident to assist customers with taking food and drinks orders, serving to and clearing tables when required. You should be polite courteous and have a pleasant demeanour.

You will join our team of temporary casual waiting staff assisting with temporary contracts in a variety of stunning properties.
