Salary: £12-£18 per hour (depending on skill and experience)
Location: St Ives
Contract: Temporary with a view to become permanent for the right candidates.
Hours: Monday- Friday, flexible working hours, Night shift available- 8pm to 8am (premium rate of pay), lots of over time available.

We are currently seeking Fish Filleter to work for a well-established fish and seafood specialist who provide quality products to high class cliental across the UK.
The role is based in the St Ives area and offers a great working environment along with a fantastic rate of pay and a chance to earn more for those that are seeking overtime.
Responsibilities include:
* Filleting fish to a high standard
* Meeting targets
* Working in a food production environment
* Adhering to strict Health and Safety and Hygiene regulations
Experience:
* Fish filleting experience preferred however basic training will be provided.
* Experience working in food production preferred.
