Fire Project Manager
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £425 – £450/day Travel Expenses & Weekly Payments
My client is a leading name in the Fire & Security sector and they have a requirement for an experienced Fire Project Manager to work on a large installation project in North London.
Paying £(Apply online only) + Outside IR35 + Long term works
The project manager will be expected to take full ownership of the project through its entire lifecycle dealing with: Contractual and Commercial matters, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance/Control, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning stages and Client Relationship.
The role is based in London and you will be expected to oversee the sub contractor’s on site install and commission a large Fire Alarm & PAVA system.
Key Attributes of the Project Manager;
+ Experience of Managing of large multi-disciplined, integrated Fire Projects
+ Proven ability to interpret specifications and contract requirements and deliver fully compliant solutions and execution plans.
+ Proven ability to lead a major projects design and delivery team
+ Experience in the leadership and implementation of HS&E requirements to company policy and current legislation.
+ Proven ability to control project costs (P&L), manage change, identify and mitigate risk.
This role would ideally suit anyone that has experience managing Fire Alarm projects to the value of £1 million +.
In return my client will ensure an established projects team in place to ensure you meet your objectives.
Day Rate: £(Apply online only) a day with weekly payments.
