Financial Controller

Salary : £40000 – £55000/annum + Bonus Structure & Company Car
Integrated Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join their Parent company, The Intsol Group.
The Intsol Group is a recently formed Business to parent the established Recruitment Company 'Integrated Solutions’, Property & Investment, Hotels and a training academy. Each company within the business is growing at a rapid pace and are on course to collectively achieve a turnover of over £60M+.
The new Financial Controller will be instrumental to the development of the financial functions across each business and will be accountable to deliver high quality, accurate and timely reports to Senior Stakeholders within the businesses.
Salary: £70,000 per year, OTE upto £85,000

Financial Controller Highlights:
* Leadership and development of a small and busy team to drive a culture of excellence across all entities
* Financial control and reporting of the financial performance of the various entities in The Intsol Group
* Develop the financial functions across each business
* Deliver high quality reporting, communicating financial performance to senior stakeholders
* Assisting with monthly cash flow management, budgeting & forecasting
* Assist with monthly management accounts
* Production of year end statutory accounts
* Manage audit processes
Financial Controller Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with 5 to 8 years' experience in corporate accounting
* Experience with Xero and Sage is essential
* A good mix of commercial finance, team leadership and process improvement across multiple sectors
* Response to the preparation of board packs
* Support with 25% of Adhoc work as required
* Excellent interpersonel skills and communication
