Job Title: Self-Employed Financial Adviser
Are you a self-motivated and experienced financial adviser with your own book of clients? The firm, which originally focused on expats, has successfully expanded into the UK market and is now looking to hire self-employed advisers to join the growing team.
Company Details:
* A rich history of financial expertise.
* While we have offices in Durham and Hitchin, our advisers primarily work in the field and do not need to be in the office frequently.
* We operate as a fully independent financial advisory company.
* We pride ourselves on offering low charges for our clients, making our services accessible.
* All of our advisers work on a self-employed basis.
* In Hitchin, we have two paraplanners, and in Durham, we have two administrators who support all of our advisers.
Particularly interested in advisers with their own client base who may be looking to sell or retire within the next 5-10 years.
Compensation Structure:
* Our compensation structure offers a 65/35 split, which reflects the back-office support, marketing assistance, and company leads we provide. Leads generated by the company are split 50/50 between the adviser and the company.
Qualifications:
To be the ideal candidate for this position, you should possess:
* Previous experience as a financial adviser with your own book of clients.
* A strong commitment to serving your clients' financial needs.
* A self-starter mentality and a passion for the field.
* Strong communication skills and a dedication to building and maintaining client relationships.
