Finance Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
My client, one of the leading e-commerce businesses in the North West, are currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their stunning offices in Liverpool City Centre.
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, and working closely with the CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, aiding with the annual report, ensuring effective financial controls and processes are in place, whilst helping the finance team to deliver the strategic business plan.

Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the Group has effective and compliant financial control systems and processes
Actively managing the efficient and effective audit of all Company financial statements, being the main point of contact with the Group auditors
Assisting in preparation of the annual report
Providing complete, accurate and timely IFRS accounting expertise and advice
Being Group lead on implementation of all new accounting standards
Preparation of all subsidiary company statutory accounts
Preparation of group pension scheme statutory accounts The ideal candidate will be:
ACA qualified, with an audit background
Technically strong, with experience working on group audits and working under IFRS
Able to collaborate effectively with the wider business
Able to work to tight deadlines
Proven attention to detail
