Finance Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £36000/annum + Benefits + Study package
We are recruiting exclusively for an experienced Finance Manager for a recognised Loughborough employer. This is a newly created role where you will be managing a team of 3 and reporting to the Head of Finance. In this role, you will be preparing the management accounts as a team and suitable candidates will either be QBE / part-qualified or qualified and enjoy the challenges of managing a small team.
Finance Manager Duties:
* Working in a team to prepare the monthly management accounts and monthly reporting
* Ensuring that year-end accounts are prepared to agreed timetable in a form suitable for audit.
* Liaising with auditors and answering their questions in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Ensuring control of all bank accounts including currency transactions
* Balance sheet accounts are reconciled
* Preparation of the fixed asset register
* Accruals & Prepayments
* VAT returns
* You will manage a team of 3
Candidate requirements:
·Management accounts experience is essential
·Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
·Enjoy managing a small team
Salary £32,000 – £36,000 + Benefits + (Study package. However there is no requirement study but is available if requested)
Working Hours 09.00am – 5.00pm. or 08.00 – 4.00pm. Flexible hours are available
