SALARY: £20,000 – £25,000 depending on experience

JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Export Administrator/Co-ordinator candidate to play a key part in the success of the team as well as working actively and effectively with other functions of the business.

Role profile:

* Day to day management of specific Export Accounts

* Work with customers to build and nurture relationships

* Meet service targets specified by the customers

* Liaise closely on a daily basis with the Distribution and Factory teams to organise timely and costly effective despatch to the customer

* Updating computer records

* Supplier correspondence and filing

Person profile:

* Keen willingness to learn, improve and adapt

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Cross functional working

* Strong influencing skills

* “Team Player"

* Analytical and problem solving skills

Essential criteria:

* A customer service representative

* Experience of working in a busy customer service environment

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Flexible nature

Desired criteria:

* International supply chain experience

* Export experience
