We are looking to recruit an Estimator to work for our client based near Warrington. Our client is the regional arm of a leading national privately owned main contractor. There is a huge ambition to grow the region having already experienced a huge amount of success.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator that will align themselves with thier commitment to customer service, quality, culture and ambition.
As an Estimator for us you will be tasked with delivering the right net cost, on time, to the highest quality and accuracy to help us win successful and profitable projects.
Throughout this process we would expect you to be seeking opportunities to add value.
You will lead and prepare the complete commercial and pricing element of a tender or cost plan to be presented at tender settlement as an accurate, considered financial bid.

Our client delivers regional construction projects across the Commercial, Hotel, Leisure, retail, Education and Health sectors. At this time our client’s projects typically range from £5 to £15m and major projects upto £50m
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential
Successful delivery of tenders on a wide range of tenders.
Various construction methods.
Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
Using Conquest & Causeway Estimating system
Taking off quantities
Desirable
Construction based academic qualification
