Salary : £50000 – £80000/annum (Car Allowance,Pension,Health Care)

Ideal Candidate:
* At least 5 years experience Estimating.
* Experience of working with a main contractor.
* Experience with single stage tendering
* Pricing schemes up £1m to £15m in value.
* Main Contractor background
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
* Experienced in the preparation, send-out, and subsequent analysis of sub contractors and suppliers quotations.
* Confident and clear communicator.
* Knowledge of New Build & Fit Out
