Sales Estimator/ Estimator – Signage / Large Format
Location: Blackburn
Salary: DOE + Overtime
Company: Leading UK signage company.
Role:
* Building up relationships with customers both new and existing, meeting clients on site to assess signage requirements, creating and following up quotations and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaising with the in-house design team and production department to find the best solutions to meet the requirements of the projects and supporting the whole team in the day-to-day operations.
* Helping to create standardised customer quotes using in house CRM. Supporting the business as it grows, to develop and implement solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
* Dealing with all customer queries and issues.
* Making pro-active calls to existing and lapsed customers to develop business and build relationships, creating tenders for future work.
* Liaising with suppliers to keep up to date with prices and discussing new materials and developments in the industry.
Requirements:
* Previous Signage industry experience – essential
* Proven working experience in project management – preferably within the sign industry
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Proficient at using quoting software such as Clarity, Microsoft 365 and design programs such as Flexisign, Photoshop etc would be advantageous but not essential.
* Have a comprehensive understanding of signage fabrication and assembly.
* Excellent understanding / knowledge of printing materials and substrates.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Team collaboration skills
