Engineering Manager – Housing

Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum Car / Allowance
They are one of the leading housebuilders who are an excellent employer who have won numerous awards for the continuous expertise they continue to provide. With many site underway and more to come they are now looking for an Engineering Manager for the Bristol office.
You will assess potential development sites and manage an internal design team to ensure work is being done within time-frames to allow other parts of the business to function. This is a varied role where you will produced detailed technical reports ensuring standards are being adhered to and oversee cost control matters on each scheme.
The successful applicant will have ran the engineering aspects of housing developments with a housebuilder or consultancy background. You must be able to delegate and coordinate work effectively and be competent in managing drawing information.
