Educated Appointments are delighted to be supporting a well established and growing training provider to hire an Early years Apprenticeship tutor. Based from home, you will deliver Early Years Apprenticeships at Level 2, 3 & 5. This role will also invole occasional travel to visit learners across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

We are seeking a highly skilled Apprenticeship tutor to provide high-quality education and training, supporting learners to develop their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, as part of the Early years suite of apprenticeships.
You will plan and deliver an impactful, inspiring, and challenging curriculum that develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours that learners need to fulfil their aspirations for learning, employment, and independence.
We expect you to:
* Be passionate about delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience for all learners.
* Have expert knowledge of the Early Years sector and experience of teaching and assessing with the ability to support learners to understand and embed key concepts.
* Be able to offer the necessary support and Information, advice, and guidance to ensure the needs of all learners are met and they progress to positive destinations.
* Have high attention to detail and ensure we remain compliant with all our regulatory bodies.
Requirements of the Role
* As an apprenticeship tutor you will manage a caseload of 40 learners and be accountable for ensuring that all learners have the excellent teaching, learning and support necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes, including learners with high needs and SEND.
* You will monitor learners progress on a continual basis and ensure any challenges or barriers are overcome ensuring all learners make sustained and regular progress
* You will build relationships with employers to ensure that you have a healthy caseload of learners and Pathway is the go-to training provider for apprenticeships and other forms of programmes.
* Maintain documentation to ensure ESFA, Awarding Organisation and EPAO compliance.
* Offer effective information, advice, and guidance to the learner throughout their learning journey supporting them to achieve their career aspirations.
Other Duties
* Promote a high-performance positive culture where learners are enthused and motivated to perform to their best, through supportive and professional leadership and management
* Assist in the co-ordination of learners’ exams
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
* Have the ability to effectively work with employers and build relationships to ensure Pathway Group is the go-to company
Knowledge
* Commitment to ongoing Continuous Professional Development, including Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding (Essential)
* Hold at least a level 5 qualification in Early years (Essential)
* Hold an Assessor qualification such as D32/33/TAQA (Desirable)
* Minimum Level 3 professional teaching qualification (PTLLS teaching qualification or equivalent) (Desirable)
* GCSE Grade A*-C in English, Maths, and IT or equivalent or be willing to work towards (Essential)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Health and Social Care sector (Essential)
* An understanding of curriculum Intent, Implementation, and Impact (Essential)
