Digital Learning Coordinator

Salary : £25878 – £31099/annum
We are looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator to join our team in HR and OD. You will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities.You will join us on a fixed term contract for 6 – 9 months.The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £25,878 – £31,099 pro rata.
Full time, part time and job share opportunities will be considered.
About the Digital Learning Coordinator role:
Reporting to the HR Change and Projects Lead, you will work as part of the HR Projects team, organising, leading, and delivering Oracle Learning. In this role, you will also support ongoing updates of the HR elements of the Oracle system, and work closely with the OD team, and specifically the Talent and Learning Partner.
Responsibilities as our Digital Learning Coordinator:
set up and implement Oracle learning, this will include uploading courses, scorm, self-paced learning, packages, learning locations and other key functionality
setting up instructor-led and blended course functionality
set up evaluation and feedback
setting up onboarding material and process for all new starters
uploading and maintaining content, e.g., E-learning modules, learning programmes ensuring catalogue is up-to-date and relevant
upskilling other team members with relevant processes e.g., corporate induction process
set up and monitor links within the system to ensure ease of use and navigation for end user
provide content to upskill line managers on best use of Oracle learning
work with stakeholders to ensure all relevant training is uploaded
maintaining and updating existing training provision and build in review and refresher timescales
migration of existing data and training records into the system
What we are looking for in our Digital Learning Coordinator:
Experience of working with Learning Management systems (LMS).
Experience of Oracle would be desirable but not essential.
You will be:
someone who can be trusted and take ownership and accountability for the delivery of your role.
confident in the use of Microsoft office packages and successfully implementing, updating and maintaining LMS.
