We are seeking a Digital Account Manager for an exciting opportunity with a full-service digital agency.
They are rapidly expanding, taking on new clients in new regions. They've uncovered a winning formula and this means they need more people to join them!
Job Role
We are seeking a seasoned client services professional, with a strong commercial acumen and a background in web application development and/or enterprise CMS and marketing platform implementations.
Experience working in a fast-paced consultancy environment is a must for this role.
Job Overview
Accountable for the growth, retention and strategic direction of a high value client portfolio; the Digital Account Manager (DAM) leads and maintains the relationship with their clients.
As a trusted advisor to their clients, they are experts in their clients' brand and business, understanding their business challenges and how they can be overcome through effective engagement.
Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, they proactively seek and convert short- and long-term opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
Experience Required
Considerable experience in an accounts-based role for a services-based company, not a product sales company
Supply of web application development services
Demonstrable sales/accounts figures and a record of overachieving targets
Senior stakeholder management
