Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum

DEPOT MANAGER – COMPANY CAR – FUEL CARD.
 
Salary – £40,000.00pa – Overtime paid at time & a half.
 
Working Hours – Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 18:00 – 42.5 hours per week
 
Location – Bridgend
 
We are looking to recruit a Depot Manager to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair – on time, every time.
 
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey. The Depot Manager will achieve this by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking into the final return of the vehicle.
 
Responsibilities of a Depot Manager
·To deliver financial results in line with agreed budgeted requirements
·To manage site resources and costs in order to optimise capability and profitability
·To actively and effectively manage work provider and supplier relationships
·Manage the Fleet logistics and off hiring of vehicles relating to hires, accident, MOT replacements
·To deliver structured individual performance management processes
·We are looking for somebody with a full driving licence, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to show a calm, confident approach
·Liaising with Hire companies regarding any queries and cost clarification.
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Depot Manager
·Competent user of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel (intermediate)
·Delivery of proactive performance management
·Strong analytical, planning and prioritisation capability to ensure consistent delivery to demanding deadlines and service level performance.
