You will be supporting elderly service users with Dementia, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairment and elderly frail residents.
As a Dementia Care Assistant, you will be provide high quality personal care and support to residents, promoting each persons privacy. dignity and independence and working as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
Besides providing personal care, you be updating a Care Plan, assist with activities and also assisting the residents at breakfast times.
Experienced Care Assistants are very much of interest but not essential as our client is prepared to train people with no experience as long as you have a caring nature and compassion and keen ro learn. reliable and have good communication skills.
