My client is seeking an Temporary Customer Service Operator for an initial 12 month contract in the Exeter area – there is the opportunity for this role to go permanent for the right candidate.
Once trained up there is also the opportunity for this role to be hybrid / work from home.
Job Duties:
• Dealing with incoming emails and processing orders for animal feeds
• Automated ordering system
• High volume of emails and calls
• Answering incoming telephone calls – first point of contact for business • Will be taught how to process prescription for animals • Chasing orders with internal fleet on estimated delivery times
