Customer Service Administrator – Buckshaw Village – Maternity Cover – up to £24,000
Remote working – MUST live locally to Buckshaw Village
My client is a leading equipment supplier globally and we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast paced, busy and variable role in the logistics department.
This role is brilliant as you will be taught all about logistics, import and export so you must be a proactive learner and be ready to commitment to a career in logistics.

The role will involve:
* Liaising with the customer to arrange the product return date (Global)
* Ensuring dispatch paper work is complete to accompany the products back to the UK
* Import/Export regulations are followed (Global)
* Problem solving if there is an issue in customs
There is a lot to learn in this role, so Administration and Customer Service skills are essential but everything else can be trained.
