Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Care Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity? Our highly successful client, with a vibrant and growing Landscaping/Property Factoring division, is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a 12 month, fixed-term basis at their Head Office on the outskirts of Edinburgh. This is an excellent chance to work with a company known for its exceptional working conditions and a reputation for excellent within their industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
– Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and with a friendly attitude.
– Assisting with various tasks, such as client invoicing, debt recovery, direct debits, client sales, contractor and supplier payments.
– Keeping the customer care database up-to-date and accurate.
– Logging, following up, and resolving all customer inquiries promptly, with a commitment to escalation when required.
– Assisting with document mailings and maintaining communication with sub-contractors and colleagues.
– Conducting accounts entry and generating reports.
– Compiling customer care and KPI reports to contribute to the success of the division.
– Undertaking general administration duties as required.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
– Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
– Strong administration skills and the ability to work in a well-organized and methodical manner.
– Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Experience working with CPL Property Management software is desirable.
– Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
