CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a Creative Studio Operations Assistant to join a fast-paced Global Design studio, in-house at an iconic global brand. Based remotely during the pandemic, the Creative Operations Assistant will provide support to the Creative Operations Manager with the scheduling of creative briefs, the daily overseeing of product and asset translations, and the coordination and delivery of creative briefs to the e-commerce team.
Role Requirements
* Daily scheduling of creative briefs using the Jira system, and any follow up administrational support
* To handle any scheduling and timing queries of creative briefs, with the support of the Creative Operations Manager
* To be the point of contact for translations agency and the handling of incoming and outgoing translations files for product and asset copy
* To keep up to date with weekly product checks in Trello system
* To assist Creative Supervisor with weekly Product Hand Over Meetings
* To carry out Final Checks on all store briefs leaving the creative team to be scheduled with the online team
* To provide holiday cover to Creative Assistant (who handles photography) and Creative Operations Manager
* Assist with ad hoc projects as required
