Hours : Monday to Friday / 10.00am – 6.00pm ( There may be occasional additional hours as required to fulfil your role or if travelling ).
Salary : Negotiable dependent on experience

Lemonade are one of the foremost illustration agencies working in the Creative industry today. We require a Creative Coordinator to work closely alongside our team at our studio in West Yorkshire. You will become a vital part of our innovative Agency team and there will be lots of scope to expand your skills and career within the Agency.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a very fast paced and challenging industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves Illustration, enjoys travelling and wants to work with international Brands and Publishers across all disciplines of Illustration.
The Role will include:
• Negotiating offers and closing deals that will ensure the best terms possible for our Illustrators.
• Managing projects independently or within a team from the beginning through to final art delivery.
• Ensuring Jobs / briefs are sent to Illustrators efficiently and on time with the right support.
• Organising and undertaking client meetings on a regular basis.
• Attending trade fairs both home and abroad aswell as other industry events.
• Contributing to the Agency marketing plans and assisting in the creation of digital e-campaigns.
• Regularly creating promotional material and sending out samples to clients.
• Responding to extensive email inquiries from around the world and finding solutions to requests as they happen.
• Developing Illustrator’s portfolios in person and via emails.
• Keeping abreast of trends and news within the industry.
• Managing illustrator portfolio submissions.
• Manipulating and uploading images to a variety of websites.
Essential skills required :
* Exceptional administrative, organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills in and out of the studio.
* Confident using Apple Mac software.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Able to work under the pressure of deadlines.
* Broad knowledge of illustration and the commercial sector illustrators work with.
* Excellent social media skills including uploading news to Instagram, facebook and blog accounts.
Required technical skills :
* Operating an Apple Mac is essential.
* Photoshop
* Adobe CS
* Excel
* Outlook
