Salary : £6.40 – £10.00/hour Negotiable

Three Shires Ltd are recruiting for a Countryside Worker Apprentice******
The successful candidate will be enrolled onto an apprenticeship programme and will attend Brooksby College in order to complete the apprenticeship. The course runs for a minimum of 12 months.
About us;
For over 25 years, Three Shires Ltd, has developed strong and long-standing relationships with the UK’s leading Construction Contractors. Works includes large scale site clearance, arboriculture works, the design and implementation of all types of ecological mitigation and enhancement measures, habitat creation, conservation, and management, fencing and landscaping, and the design and implementation of invasive weed solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities;
• Complete works as set out by the Supervisor responsible for overseeing the project on behalf of the client.
• Ensure PPE appropriate/applicable to site and task is worn as directed by the Supervisor at all times. Ensure that PPE is in good condition and that it is maintained as required including the cleaning of clothing.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order, that checks are recorded, and any defects recorded and reported.
• Ensure plant and any other equipment and machinery is inspected and maintained before use.

Mandatory Qualifications/Experience;
1. Full driver’s licence (Or working towards)
2. CSCS Card (Or working towards)
3. Level 1 English and Maths

Salary:
£15,000 Per Annum
