Costa Coffee Manager – Pont Abraham Services
Gary, our Site Director at Pont Abraham Motorway Service Area on the M4 near Llanedi is looking to recruit a Manager to lead his growing Costa team.
It's never been a more exciting time to join Pont Abraham Motorway Services. After a really strong performance in 2021, we are really excited about the outlook for 2022. Gary has some ambitious plans to continue to grow, expand and develop the business and is looking for an energetic, results driven, customer focused senior manager to join his Costa team.
As a Costa Manager, you will need to deliver a first class customer experience, drive operational standards, sales opportunities and be able to demonstrate a passion for coaching and developing your team.
You will need to be fully flexible with your working patterns which will include weekends and bank holidays.
In return we are offering a competitive salary of up to £24,000.

Your key responsibilities as a Costa Manager include:
Delivering excellent customer service and improving customer metrics
Achieving all financial targets
Driving operational excellence
Coaching, growing and developing your team
Our ideal candidate must have the following:
Experience of working in a customer facing high volume hospitality environment
Proven track record of leading and developing others
Good business acumen with a high drive for results
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing environment
