Construction Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £70000 – £75000/annum
Due to the commencement of a new project, I am now working with a National Contractor on the recruitment of a Construction Manager on large new build scheme in East Sussex. The project consists of a multi-storey block of apartments and we are looking for Construction Managers who have Tier One contractor experience.
The role reports directly into the Lead Project Manager on site and will operate as the No.2 on site, responsible for managing Site/Package Managers and sub-contractors.
Candidates should be able to show a proven track record of working on large scale Construction schemes above £30m in value from start to completion..
Applicants should hold all relevant certification in terms of SMSTS, CSCs and First Aid.
