The Client:
Based in a “quirky” office in the heart of Bristol, they thrive on bringing people together through unmissable in-person events. Influencer marketing is the biggest part of their portfolio, where they host anything from their glitzy black-tie award ceremonies to engaging conferences.

Working around the globe, they not only host events in the UK but also in the USA and Asia. You will be focused on producing content for their flagship event, where you will be valued and relied upon to engage our audiences and ensure they have the best possible experience. You get the opportunity to not only organize but also travel and attend these events worldwide!

Their strong team are now looking to expand and grow with the Conference Producer role being their latest opportunity. Ideally, the next individual will come from a Conference Producer role previously however, candidates within the Marketing industry or an Events Executive within media will be considered.

Skills required:
A strong team player is required for this role, you will also be expected to have sound written and communication skills. A candidate with good project management skills will be an idea fit for this role. A passion for the influencer and marketing industry will be key in being successful in this role.
 
Responsibilities:
Being a Producer, you’ll be the brains behind the operation, where you’ll be working in a tight knit relationship with the Head of Content and 2 journalists, creating engaging and exciting content to be used in the events. You’ll also be responsible for your own market research and building relationships with key stakeholders and helping business development.

Identify market trends through thorough market research.
Attend events ensuring they run smoothly.
Create interesting and high-quality agendas.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure content is relevant to customer demographic. What can they give you?
