12 month initial contract
A Compliance Engineer opportunity has become available for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel and natural gas engines.
This role entails working with various test houses, regulators, government agencies, and similar, to identify and execute on technical certification requirements to sell worktools into specific regions of the world.
CE Certification management for Europe
UKCA Certification management for England
Functional Safety for complex worktools [those with electronic controls]
Development of a process to manage/monitor supplier provided certifications
Interface with other work tool teams and product groups drive a common corporate wide regulatory strategy moving forward
To apply for this position you should have some of the following:
Compliance experience
Industrial/engineering/automotive background preference
Understanding of European machinery directive
Product certification and standards understanding desirable
Compliance with computers or electricals would also be useful
Detail oriented person, with ability to work through complex documentation
Degree would be desired, but experience is key
Confident individual with strong communication skills both online and in person to work with multiple teams
