Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Handler
Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
Location: Godalming, Surrey

The role involves managing the insurance and financial services business for clients and prospects under the guidance of a team manager.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Responsibilities
Maintain record keeping requirements through use of OpenGI and other systems as required. Prepare renewals and new business documentation.
Remarket renewals as directed.
Follow up renewal invitations and confirm cover, when appropriate.
Process Mid-Term Adjustments – instructions and debits.
Process invoicing
Assist with the production of the Bordereaux reports.
Process documentation for archiving.
Correspond with clients and prospects as appropriate and directed.
Assist as directed in the claims handling process and process claims within the regulatory timescales.
Review and advise upon the general insurance requirements of clients.
Skills
Minimum qualification – Cert CII or working towards.
Commercial insurance experience.
Develop insurance technical knowledge.
Develop appropriate IT skills.
Clear communicator with the ability to work well in a team environment.
The ability to build and manage co-operative and productive relationships.
