In this role, you'll be partnered with VMO2 as a dedicated client relationship manager. Helping to deliver the right people for our client, you'll oversee recruitment campaigns across both Virgin Media and O2.

The Role

Taking a high touch approach with your hiring managers, you'll partner with the client to gain an in depth understanding of their resourcing requirements across volume campaigns, enabling accurate and timely forecasting.

You'll build strong relationships with Delivery, Marketing, Assessment Services, and a number of other teams across the business, sharing the client brief and requirements, and coordinating the attraction and engagement needs. On occasion, where we aren't able to provide a hire, you'll also engage with your 3rd party agency contacts to support the vacancy.

Once the recruitment process is underway, you'll supply weekly management information (MI) to the client around recruiting activity and successes or challenges of the campaign.

* Managing client and stakeholder relationships

* Taking detailed and accurate campaign briefs to ensure resource planning and team capacity is in line with agreed SLA's

* Share client feedback and insights with Delivery teams

* Share metrics and MI with the client in regard to continuous improvement

* Investigate and resolve any issues

* Attend on site and virtual meetings with the client and internal teams

Who we're looking for

A confident communicator, you'll be comfortable working closely with hiring managers, building strong working relationships that will include travelling to visit them at hiring locations.

The client's hiring needs are often subject to change, so we'll look to you to be proactive, and flexible in your response.

You'll be results orientated with a dual focus on service delivery for the client whilst maximising operational efficiency, a readymade role model for our organisation.
