Cleaning Supervisor

Salary : £9.50 – £10.50/hour

This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.
As a Cleaning Supervisor for Elior you will be expected:
– To ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned (and cleared where contractually bound) in line with relevant cleaning schedule to Elior UK and client standards
– To ensure COSHH and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
– Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
– Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
– To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
– To manage cleaning structures, shifts, holiday, and all types of cover
– Delegate appropriate tasks
– Organise the cleaning cupboard and maintain stock
– Manage stock and carry out weekly stock take
– Ordering equipment and chemicals
– Make sure all required training is carried out and kept up to date
– Undertake monthly audits
– Carry out all admin task required (including 1-2-1's and return to works)
Profile: The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Cleaning Supervisor include:
– Experience working within a team
– Warm, friendly and genuine with excellent all-round communication skills
– Adaptable, whilst able to conform strictly to Elior UK procedures
– Establishes strong relationships with colleagues and customers and maintains a professional image at all times
– Methodical, thorough with persistence to see a job through to conclusion
– Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written
– Excellent IT skills Microsoft packages
– Customer service orientation
– Attention to detail
– Excellent working in a team or alone
– Previous experience in a supervisory cleaning/administration role
– DBS check would be useful but not essential
– Excellent organisation skills
– Time management
– Knowledge in Team management
