Cleaning Supervisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £9.50 – £14/hour
TSR Ipswich Ltd are looking for a Cleaner Supervisor to work in the Shepherd's Bush are for a highly reputable national company!
Monday to Friday (Weekends Occasionally)
15:00 PM TO 11:30PM (30 mins unpaid break)
As a Cleaner Supervisor you will be required to do the following duties:
* Supervise a crew of 5/6 of the other cleaners
* Able to comfortably answer the phone when busy
* Ensure other cleaners follow out duties set
* Lead the team and listen to any concerns or queries colleagues have
* Vacuuming carpet areas and washing floors
* Mopping of floors, to ensure cleanliness
* Cleaning Studio Kitchens
* Sweeping in uncarpeted areas
* Emptying and cleaning out bins on the site
* Ensuring toilet areas are clean and replenishing toiletries
* Cleaning doors and windows
* Stock checking the cleaning equipment
* Reporting any hazards or defect to the shift supervisor
The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
* Punctual and Reliable
* Well spoken
* Perfect time management skills
* Ability to work alone or in a team
* Awareness of health and safety procedures
* Can read and follow instructions
