* Processing new and continuing claims, and dealing with all correspondence
* Answering and handing all calls in an efficient and professional manner
* Identifying and responding to the needs of customers, resolving queries effectively
* Maintaining and applying a detailed knowledge of products and procedures
* Inputting all data and completely all paperwork
* Administration experience is ideal
* Excellent telephone manner
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literate
* Ability to compose letters and emails
