Chefs required near Heathrow

We're looking for a Experienced Chefs to work for our client near Heathrow.
Someone with demonstrable experience of possessing a proven ability to craft appealing and diverse menus, reflecting a creative skill, awareness of seasonality, and a keen understanding of customer preferences.
If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
Please note: In this position you'll be needed to work at weekends and work shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview. Also should be flexible to in cold and hot kitchen.

The Role:
* As the Chef you'll report to the Head Chef.
* You will be primarily responsible for preparing exclusive menus
* Showcasing culinary expertise for high-profile clients and events.
* To manage the kitchen staff & ensuring seamless execution
* To prioritise attention to detail in recipe preparation and plating.
* Someone who excel the skill of strong leadership, adaptability, and effective communication are essential.
In the job you'll be tasked with adhering to safe working practices.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience of a customer-Centric approach, striving for excellence in culinary execution to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, resulting in high levels of satisfaction.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of a collaborative and positive kitchen culture, promoting teamwork and cooperation among kitchen staff to achieve collective culinary goals.
In addition, you'll need the following:-
A genuine passion for cooking and a deep love for the culinary arts are fundamental to sustaining motivation and creativity in the kitchen.
– The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, whether it be evolving menus, unexpected challenges, or varying customer preferences
– The ability to quickly and effectively solve problems as they arise, whether related to ingredients, equipment, or staff issues, is critical for maintaining a smooth operation
You'll also need to be prepared to undergo a UK criminal check (paid for by us for you!) and be able to provide 5 years work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)(obtained for you by us!).
