Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Chef Manager to lead our dedicated, friendly and professional catering team to provide high quality catering to the school community.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading and developing a team in a busy and pressurised kitchen and will hold a relevant professional qualification. They will be passionate about food and have experience of menu planning and the management and ordering of stock. Previous experience of managing a budget would be an advantage.
Hours:
40 hours per week, worked on a two-week rota:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00
Week 2 : Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00 &
Sunday 09:30-18:30
(Timings include one hour each day for unpaid breaks.)
Hours during term time and school closure periods remain the same. Additional hours will be required to cover special events and functions.
