Our client, a well-established gastro pub with rooms, require an experienced Chef de Partie to join their strong brigade. Using the finest locally sourced ingredients, this venue serves sensational modern British cuisine and remains busy year-round.
As Chef de Partie, you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining/Rosette level establishment. You will be passionate about food, work well under pressure and as part of a team and have knowledge of each section of the kitchen.
This position is to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The latest you will be required to work until will be 9pm
