Chef de Partie
* Part time Chef for a Resort based in Chertsey
* £14/hour
* Meals on duty
* Parking
* Work with flexibility
* Time : 2PM-10.30PM
* Have prior experince as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
* Preparing meat and fish.
* Assisting with the management of health and safety.
