The Role:
An exciting new opportunity for an Experinced Chef De Partie to join the dynamic team. You will be expected to have a passion for food and the willingness and motivation to learn new skills. You must be energetic and enthusiastic, constantly striving to be better than yesterday.
Duties:
Preparing foods and working under senior chef’s guidance
Taking full control of your designated section, ensuring all is completed in the necessary timeframes & standards
Maintaining the highest level of food quality and ensuring products made are always consistent
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all times
Experience:
Previous working experience in similar role.
Skills and abilities:
Polished and professional approach to work
Great communication skills
Willingness to learn and absorb information
Enthusiastic team player
Ability to work under pressure
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Consistency
Understanding of produce and ingredients
What’s On Offer:
Equal share of tips – regularly exceeds £600 per month in high season
28 days holiday (pro rata)
2.5/3 days off a week – Shift pattern – 2 earlies, 1 late, 2 splits (4 nights off a week)
