We are looking for a chef de partie to lead our hospitality dining experiences with a flourish of finesse and flair.
Key focus areas
This venue will be all about quality and innovation, where the job holder works with the Senior Culinary team carrying out direction and ensuring that you coordinate the tasks of more junior members of the brigade
You will be involved with the delivery of hospitality experiences for up to 9000 covers per event – be they football, NFL, music concerts or other ad hoc opportunities.
Leads effective and collaborative communication with all key internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure we never compromise on quality and flavour through exceptional professional standards
To ensure the kitchen and service area are clean and tidy before and during service.
Listen to customer feedback and comments and deal with them as appropriate or pass on to a more senior member of the hospitality team.
People management of both permanent and fixed brigades across multiple hospitality kitchens on site to include effective leadership, recruitment, engagement, training, development and motivation
Legislative and company HSE procedures and standards compliance
Assist the culinary department to manage and control labour costs and to ensure they meet or exceeds company budgets. Who we are:
