£15 per hour

Wednesday-Sunday Serving Lunch and Dinner (Sunday Dinner service finishes at 4pm)

Your role as chef is to ensure that the kitchen is clean operational and that food is cooked and presented perfectly whilst implementing all heath and safety regulations.

You must be fully experienced for this position and hold all health and hygiene certificates

Ability to manage kitchen stock correctly

Keep daily records required, upto date and accurate.

Manage all kitchen areas and keep clean to the expected standard with assistance.

Good communication skills

A small village pub that can do 30/50covers.

The menu is a traditional pub menu
