Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef to join their established team. They pride themselves on serving a premium range of modern, contemporary British cuisine.
DUTIES:
Lead, supervise and motivate the shift team to deliver a high standard of food preparation and service, whilst building and motivating them;
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within their/your speciality;
Supervising and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you;
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene & follow the rules of health and safety;
Monitoring portion and waste control to keep within budget;
Helping the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and menus
