We are currently looking for a Chef to work on our clients site in the Emsworth area.

Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate is required.

Monday to Sunday (working 5 days over 7)

37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

* Assisting the team in the day to day running of the canteen and kitchen, including planning and implementation of new procedures and concepts

* Ensuring that all food served is of the highest quality

* Ensuring that par stock levels are maintained

* Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and portioned in accordance with the recipe cards

* Ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and serviced as required, with any breakages being reported

* Ensuring that a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming is adhered to

* ALL chef staff must wear long sleeve chef jackets and non slip shoes
