We have an excellent opportunity available for a Chargehand Arborist Climber to join the team based in Norwich on a permanent basis. This position will require you to work 40hours per week, Monday to Friday and the occasional weekend if required.
The role
To lead a small team of Arborists ensuring delivery of practical Arboricultural operations including tree climbing, dismantling pruning, stump treatments and equipment maintenance ensuring work is carried out by the team to the highest safety standards and to client / Team Leader instruction and standards.
* Reporting to the Arborist Team Leader leading a small team of Arborists taking the lead with site and task safety.
* To carry out tree surgery and maintenance operations to specification and schedule, in accordance with Company standards.
* To carry out duties as instructed by the Team Leader
Our Successful Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Able to work independently or within a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of all relevant Health & Safety procedures
* Full UK driving licence
