Certification Engineer – Mechanical

My client is a UKCAA Part 21J DOA. They are a world-class strategic partner for Fixed-wing and Rotorcraft Operators, OEMS, Integrators, VIP and Utility companies globally.
They are looking for a Mechanical Certification Engineer to join their team in Port Talbot.
Key Attributes – Essential
1 Qualified to degree level or equivalent level of experience
2 Significant experience in the aerospace and civil aviation industries
3 Prior experience of interior certification of parts and appliances.
4 Good working knowledge of CS-25 and associated regulatory requirements.
5 Experience of working with CS-23, 27 and 29 and FAR Part 25 aircraft plus a sound working knowledge of EASA Part 21 Procedures.
6 Experienced in writing specifications and reports, preparing test articles, conducting test programmes, and organizing test facilities.
7 Self-starter, well organised, used to working under pressure to meet deadlines.
8 Effective and confident communicator
9 Strong presentation and facilitation skills
